Ships via regular mail to USA only. Once I have marked the item as shipped and it is handed over to USPS, it is out of my hands. Therefore, any damage or loss that occurs during shipment must be handled through USPS. If any of these situations take place, please send me a detailed message and I will do my best to help you find a solution. Any order that is sent back to seller will require buyer to pay to reship the item.
For all items: We do not refund shipping fees and the customer is responsible for all re-shipping fees.
